This page describes what this website actually does today, in plain language. It is an operational draft pending review by qualified counsel — it is not a compliance certification (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or otherwise) and should not be relied on as one until that review is complete. What this site collects

The only place this site collects personal information is the /audit form: business identity, an authorized contact’s name/role/email/phone, ranges describing call and lead volume, a rough missed-call estimate, existing systems (CRM/phone), routing preferences, and optional free-text context. It never asks for payment details, insurance policy numbers, claim documents, or medical/safety narratives.

Where it goes

Audit submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for GoBigger AI, tagged with the market cohort (Miami/South Florida or Honolulu/Oʻahu) they belong to. A copy of the submission is mapped to a versioned internal lead-contract format so it can eventually be reviewed by GoBigger’s internal operating system — no third-party marketing, ad, or data broker service receives it, and it is never sold.

What this site does not do

This site does not collect payment information, does not place advertising or tracking cookies, does not integrate with a live CRM or telephony provider, and does not use your data to train a model. The capability demo gallery (/demo, /demo/gallery/*) never sends anything anywhere — it runs entirely in your browser using fixed sample data.

Analytics

Basic first-party events (page views, button clicks, form starts/completions) are recorded to help understand how the site is used. No analytics vendor is connected today; events are only logged during development and otherwise acknowledged without being stored beyond what this document already describes.

Your choices

You can decline consent on the audit form and not submit it. If you’ve already submitted an audit request and want it corrected or deleted, contact hello@gobigger.ai and we’ll handle it directly, since there is no self-service account system yet.
