Evidence policy

No proof exists yet. Here is exactly how that changes.

GoBigger AI has not completed a paid, accepted client deployment. Nothing on this site is a case study, a testimonial, or a performance claim — because none currently exist.

Current proof state: empty. No logos, no testimonials, no client counts, no revenue or performance numbers appear anywhere on this site, because no accepted, measured client outcome exists yet. This page will be updated with real, consented case studies only as they occur — and only using the methodology below.

Measurement methodology

Baseline first

Before any system goes live, we capture the client's current call/lead handling as-is — volume, missed-call rate, and existing process — with explicit unknowns left unknown rather than guessed.

Defined outcome events

"Answered," "escalated," "missed," and "error" are fixed definitions applied consistently, not chosen after the fact to make a number look better.

QA on every claim

Every number in a report links back to a source record or is explicitly marked as an assumption — never presented as measured when it wasn't.

Client-approved wording

A result only becomes a public case study with the client's written permission and approved wording — never assumed or implied consent.

What qualifies as a case study

  • A written baseline exists from before the system went live.
  • The outcome is measured against that baseline using fixed, consistent definitions.
  • The client has reviewed and approved the specific claim in writing.
  • The result is reproducible from source records, not a single anecdote.
  • No sample, simulation, or gallery-demo event is used as evidence.

What’s on this site instead

The capability demo gallery shows how each product is designed to work, using clearly labeled sample data — never a claimed result. See /readiness for what “demo,” “in validation,” and “proven” actually mean, and how a product moves between them.
