Demo, available, and proven are three different things.
This page explains what each status on this site actually means, and exactly what’s still blocking the flagship offer from being fully commercially available — without pretending those blockers don’t exist.
Status taxonomy
Every card, badge, and CTA on this site is generated from the same offer registry — nothing is hand-labeled per page.
No sale or public capability claim until its registry unlock rule passes.
Bounded paid discovery may be scoped. Feasibility or implementation is never promised up front.
A resettable, sample-data capability demo. Not a standard sellable offer.
Being privately validated with real prospects. Not proven yet.
What the launch gates mean
Commercial foundation (C0)
The legal entity, contracting, payment path, and required disclosures exist and have been reviewed before any paid pilot can be sold.
Flagship delivery readiness (F0)
Live telephony works end to end — a real test number, transfer/fallback, logging, CRM event, retry behavior, usage metering, and a named implementer — not just a browser simulator.
Market readiness (M0, per city)
Counsel has reviewed telemarketing, recording, and disclosure rules for that specific city/state before any outreach or live intake happens there.
Portfolio launch readiness (PL1 / PL2)
PL1: every demoed product has a working, honestly labeled demo. PL2: every product presented as commercially available has real delivery evidence behind it, not just a demo.
The flagship, honestly
Being privately validated with real prospects. Not proven yet.
24/7 Intake & Dispatch Backup is the only offer in active validation. It is not yet commercially proven: private validation requires the commercial foundation, flagship delivery readiness, and market readiness gates above to pass first, city by city, in Miami/ South Florida and Honolulu/Oʻahu separately. Until then, this site never presents it as a live, ready-to-buy product — only as something being validated, with an audit and a simulator you can try today.
Every other product in the capability gallery is further back than that: an internal demo, a bounded discovery offer, or fully locked. See /services for the full catalog and /proof for what counts as real evidence.
